Monday – Bsq Test + Bsq Int % + Vertical CP
A. Back Squat, work to a tough set of 6
B. Back Squat @ 20×1, 6 reps @ 90% of A x 3 sets, 3min
C1. Press @ 11×1, 2-3 reps x 5 sets, 1min – all HEAVY SETS
C2. Legless Rope Climb to 15ft, 2 reps x 5 sets, 1 min
