Complete the following in any order: 1 person work/1 person rest –
1500m Rowing
100 Cal AirDyne/80 cal AirBike
50 Bench Press 135/95
50 KB Snatch 35/50 – must alternate reps every 5 reps/arm
50 Wall Balls 15/20lbs to 9/10ft
Accumulate 3minutes FLR on Rings or 10 Rope Climbs to 15ft
