C. EMOM x 10 minutes
1st- 3 tough ring rows/weighted or 3 tough weighted supinated pullups
2nd – 3-5 ring dips
D. EMOM until failure:
1 rope climb to 15ft
6 pushups
8 air squats
or EMOM until failure
1 wall walk
6 pushups
8 air squats
