Monday Upper CP Int + Clean emom + Core
A1. Push Press @11×1, 4-5 reps x 4 sets, 1min
A2. Rope Climb to 15ft, 2 reps x 4 sets, 1min
A3. Wall Walks, 1-2 reps x 4 sets, 1min
A4. Double Under Practice 30-60sec x 1min
B. Power Clean. Below Knee Hang Squat Clean. 1.1 every min x 10 minutes
C. For time:
Accumulate 2 minutes front bridge
Accumulate 90sec/side bridge
Accumulate 1min FLR on Rings
