B1. Medium Grip Bench Press @40×1, 4 reps x 4 sets, 10sec
B2. Supinated Barbell Bicep Curls @30×1, 4-9 reps x 4 sets, 1:30min
C. EMOM x 12 minutes
1st – 6-10 wall balls 15/20lbs
2nd – 2-3 kettlebell windmill/arm
